Frank "Randy" Randolph Haskell, III, 61, passed away September 25, 2018.  He was born in Norfolk, VA the son of the late Frank Randolph Haskell, Jr. and Shirley Mae Crow Haskell.  He was predeceased by his sister, Suzanne Godfrey.

Randy is survived by his twin sister and brother-in-law, Virginia H. and Gene Cooper; brothers and sister-in-law, Thomas M. Haskell, Michael R. and Shelly Haskell.
