Frank Bertelle Whitley, 65, died November 21, 2012 in his home. He was born in Franklin, VA to Lucy S. Whitley and the late Bertelle A. Whitley. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Diann Jenkins Whitley; twin sons, J. Christopher Whitley of Roanoke, VA, Jonathan B. Whitley and wife, Lisa of Aurora, CO; two grandchildren, Jack D. and Nathan J. Whitley of Aurora, CO; and a brother, Harry D. Whitley and wife, Kathy and their children of Franklin, VA; and mother-in-law, Kathryn C. Jenkins of Carrsville, VA.
