Frances West Baines, 68, of Suffolk, VA passed away February 19, 2007. She was born in Nansemond County the daughter of the late Emma Wyatt West and Moody West, Sr. She was also predeceased by her husband Herman Baines. She was formerly a sales representative for Avon.

Frances is survived by her daughter, Sharon Lynn Baines; son and daughter-in-law, Michael Wayne and Angie Baines; grandchildren, Jeremy, Megan, Adam, Stephanie, and Heather Baines, Tiffany and Bobby Pitsenbarger; one sister; and one brother.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, February 22, 2007 at 2 p.m. at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens with Rev. John Bradshaw officiating. Friends may join the family Wednesday night from 7-8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home. The family would like to thank all the Sentara Obici I.C.U. nurses and staff with special thanks to Dr. James Holleran and Dr. Jeffrey Forman.
