Frances Babb Baines, 79, passed away on August 19, 2021.  She was born in Baltimore, MD the daughter of the late Oscar Babb and Willie Emma Kearson Tanner.  She was predeceased by her husband of 31 years, Otis Lee Baines; daughter, Gwen Rash; and brothers, Frank "Frankie" A. Babb, Robert "Bobby" Babb.  Frances retired from Safeway.  She was a member of Cypress Chapel Christian Church and the New Hope Bible Class.  She was a former member of the Sunrise Circle.

Frances is survived by her daughter, Paula G. Darden (Karl); sons, Keith D. Baines (Susan), Christopher D. Baines (Stefanie); grandchildren, Emily (Tyler), Amanda, Aaron (Ashley), Kendall (Nicole), Parker (Cody), Morgan, Mason and Hudson; sisters-in-law, Margie Neill, Barbara Babb and Sandra Babb; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held Sunday, August 22, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Cypress Chapel Christian Church with Rev. Alan Cruz officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Friends may join the family for a visitation Saturday night from 6-7 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory.  Memorial donations may be made to Cypress Chapel Christian Church.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
