Florence Adams DeArment, "Sis", passed away at the age of 89 on December 15, 2022.  She was born in Tyrone, PA the daughter of the late Axel and Beulah Adams.

She was predeceased by her husband of 48 years, Donald Karl DeArment; and her son, Steven K. DeArment.  Flo retired from the City of Suffolk Treasurer's Office. She was a member of Bethlehem Christian Church.

Florence is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Frederick M. and Sandra N. DeArment; grandchildren, Ryan, Shawn, and Steven DeArment; great granddaughter, Hannah DeArment; brother and sister-in-law, Glenn and Jo Anne Adams.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 3 p.m. at the Bethlehem Christian Church with Rev.  Rob Slingluff officiating.  Burial will be private at Holly Lawn Cemetery on Thursday morning.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bethlehem Christian Church, 1549 Holland Rd., Suffolk, VA 23434.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
