Farrell "F.M." "Tennessee" Malone, 67, of Suffolk, Virginia, passed away June 30, 2013. He was born in Tennessee to the late Paul and Irene Leonard Malone. He is also predeceased by his bothers, Stuart, George, and Stanley Malone, and son-in-law, Sean Dover. He worked for Sperry-Unisys in the shipping department. Farrell was a member of Fellowship Chapel in Bristol, VA and attended Horizon Community Church in Chesapeake, VA. He was also a member of the Suffolk Moose Lodge 141, Zollicoffer Masonic Lodge 444 in Bluff City, TN, and the Scottish Rites.

Farrell is survived by his wife of 49 years, Linda Pendergrass Malone; daughter, Jill Malone Dover of Portsmouth, VA; son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Louise Malone of Max Meadows, VA; grandchildren, Erica Renee Dover of Portsmouth, VA, and Sean Deven Dover and wife, Ashley Holt Dover of Boykins, VA; sisters, Lois Jenkins and husband, Charles of Bluff City, TN, Colleen Mason, and Betty Malone of Bristol TN; brothers, Conley Malone and wife, Dimple of Bristol, TN and Doug Malone of Bluff City, TN.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 7 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Dr. Suffolk, VA 23434 with Pastor Steve Nethery officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 5 to 7 p.m. Burial will be held Friday, July 5, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Glenwood Cemetery in Bristol, TN.
