Eunice Lewis Barrow, 67, of Suffolk, VA passed away February 4, 2009. She was born in Norfolk, VA the daughter of the late Maude and Ernest Lewis. She retired as a seamstress after working for several years for Belk and Holmes Ltd. She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church and the Tabitha Sunday School Class. She was also a member of Delta Kappa Gamma Society International.

Eunice is survived by her husband of 36 years, J. Elbert Barrow of Suffolk, VA; son, Andrew "Andy" Lewis Barrow of Raleigh, NC; mother-in-law, Neva W. Barrow of Suffolk, VA; numerous aunts, uncles, sisters-in-law, and brother-in-law.

A graveside service will be held Monday, February 9, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens with Rev. Jim George officiating. Friends may join the family Sunday afternoon from 3 - 4 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Dr., Suffolk, VA and other times at the residence. A ceremony will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home in honor of Eunice given by Delta Kappa Gamma.
