Ellen Louise Morris Bennett, 65, passed away January 25, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Suffolk, VA the daughter of the late Hilda Johnson Morris and Benjamin Franklin Morris.

Ellen is survived by her husband of 44 years Floyd Allen Bennett; daughters, Paula B. Jodun and husband Glenn E. Jodun, Jr. and Cheryl Lynn Bennett; grandsons, Glenn E. Jodun III and Paul A. Jodun all of Suffolk; sisters and brothers-in-law, Laverne M. Eure of Suffolk, Nancy M. and Herman Wiggins and Betty M. and Mark Brinkley of Gates, NC; nieces, nephews and cousins.


A funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Raymond Hampton officiating. Friends may join the family Wednesday from 1-2 p.m. for visitation. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
