Elizabeth Ann Whitehurst Epps, 90, passed away April 19, 2022.  She was born in Portsmouth, VA.  She owned and operated Marigold Grooming & Boarding for numerous years. Her love of animals and the desire for them to have forever homes led her to found the Suffolk SPCA.

Elizabeth was survived by her husband, Michael Spencer Wilkinson.
