Elizabeth Lunette Bragg Smith, 92, of Chesapeake, VA passed away on March 27, 2009. A native of Baltimore, Maryland she was the daughter of the late Mamie and Robert Bragg. She was also predeceased by her husband, James Allen Smith; son, James Thomas Smith and two brothers and one sister. She was a bus driver for Norfolk County and the City of Chesapeake as well as an avid duckpin bowler. Elizabeth was a member of Grace Bible Church. She was a former member of Taylor Road Baptist Church and Believer's Church where she sang in the choir.

She is survived by her son, Robert Smith of Suffolk; two grandchildren, Troy Rapoport and her husband Steven of Suffolk and Michael Smith and his wife Sharolyn of Chesapeake; five great grandchildren, Sam and Julia Rapoport and Jacob, Adam and Hannah Smith.

A celebration of life service will be held at Grace Bible Church of Chesapeake, 4210 Dock landing Road, Chesapeake, VA 23321 on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Pete Lopresti officiating. A private burial will held at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Friends may join the family at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Rob's Drive, Suffolk for visitation on Monday from 6-8 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, Suffolk Chapter, 604 Constance Woods Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434.
