Eleanor Turner Wilkins, 78, passed away December 18, 2025.  She was born in Windsor, VA the daughter of the late Fleetwood McKinley Turner, Sr. and Margaret Sarah Hatfield Turner.  She was predeceased by her brothers, William "Peter" Turner, Franklin Turner, and Carroll Ray Turner.  Eleanor retired as the financial secretary for Southern States of Tidewater.  She was an active member of Colosse Baptist Church.

Eleanor is survived by her husband of 57 years, Fred Wilkins; daughters and sons-in-law, Kim and Christian Garrett, Becky and Kent Adams; grandchildren, Brooke Garrett, Peyton Adams and Cody Adams; sister and brother-in-law, Jackie and Lynn Redd; brother, Fleetwood M. Turner, Jr.; sisters-in-law, Janet Turner and Jane Turner; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with Pastor Lindsay Poteat officiating.  Burial will follow at Holly Lawn Cemetery.  Friends may join the family for a time of visitation prior to the service from 12-2 p.m. at the funeral home.  Memorial donations may be made to Colosse Baptist Church, 6361 Rhodes Dr., Windsor, VA 23487.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
