Dorothy Jean Phillips Kelton, 74, of Suffolk, VA passed away July 22, 2016. She was born in Reno, NV to the late Irene and William Phillips. She was also predeceased by her husband, Ernest Kelton and daughter, Rhonda Holbird. Dorothy worked as an insurance agent for many years. She always had a smile and was willing to lend a helping hand to anyone. What a sparkling firecracker she was!

Dorothy is survived by her daughters, Terri Lipps and Liz Bailey; son, Joe Kelton; grandchildren, Ryan Lipps and Emma Lipps; and her loving companion, Larry Pearson.
