Dorothy (Dot) B. Montee Harvell, 85, of Suffolk, VA passed away on June 13, 2014. She was born in Nansemond County, VA to the late William Clifton Brinkley and Martha Rountree Brinkley. Dot is also predeceased by her first husband of 43 years, Charles H. Montee; her second husband Clifford E. Harvell, Jr.; four brothers and two sisters. Dot retired as owner of Suffolk Floral Gardens. She was a member of Cypress Chapel Christian Church.

Dot is survived by a stepson, Clifford E. Harvell, III and his wife, Mary; two step grandchildren, sisters-in-law, Virginia R. Brinkley and Irene Brinkley Harrell; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Monday, June 16, 2014 at 10:00 am at Cypress Chapel Christian Church Cemetery by Pastor Chris Surber. Memorial donations may be made to Cypress Chapel Christian Church. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
