Dora Elizabeth Wyatt James Willis, 86, passed away August 14, 2023.  She was the daughter of James Finnie Sr. and Elizabeth Ray Wyatt.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Thomas "Runt" Willis; son, Glenn James; 3 brothers, James Finnie Wyatt, Jr. (Deloris), Richard "Budlee" Wyatt (Peggy), Shelton Wyatt and Mike Wyatt (Mary); 2 sisters, Ora Jean Jernigan and Brenda Byrum; son-in-law, Perry Worrell, Sr.; and beloved dog, Cooter.

Those left to cherish her memory are sons, Clayton James (Carla) and Calvin James; daughter, Lorraine Worrell; grandchildren, Beth Ann James, Perry "PJ" Worrell (AnnMarie), and Peyton James; great granddaughter, Toryn Green; one brother, Ernest "PeeWee" Wyatt; one sister, Iris "Butch" Jones; in-laws, Lynda James Jewett, Linda and Wayne Byrum, Virginia James Butts, and Susan and Bill Phelps; numerous special nieces and nephews, lifelong cherished friends, and her pet roommate, Ava.

A celebration of life service will be held Friday, August 18, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Tim Rawls officiating.  Friends may join the family for a time of visitation Thursday night from 5 - 7 p.m. at the funeral home.  Inurnment will be held at a later date.  Memorial donations may be made to Suffolk Humane Society.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
