Donna Lee Runyon,58 of Suffolk passed away on August 2, 2013. She was a native of Portsmouth, Virginia and the daughter of the late Phillip Preston Sawyer and Trillis Peel Hull. She retired from Holmes Brothers Enterprises where she was a bookkeeper for 30 years.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Ray Runyon, Sr.; daughters and son-in-law Karen Ann and Chad Jarratt, and Jennifer Lynn Minnix; a son James Phillip Minnix, Jr.; five grandchildren: Rachel and Matthew Jarratt, Jimmy, Andie and Taylor Smith; step children: Jennifer Wade and husband Ronald and Kenneth R. Runyon, Jr.; sisters: Nancy Rowe, Vickie Bell, Ann Dobbins and Cindy Skype; and brothers: Preston Sawyer, Lee Hull and Johnny Hull.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, with Rev. Mike Dunn officiating. Burial will follow at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.
