Donna Elaine Clark Douglas, 47, passed away on February 24, 2020. She was born to the late Brookie Dion and Earl Daughtry in Norfolk, VA. She is also predeceased by her loving husband, Eric Jason Belwood and brother, Christopher Scott Clark. She was a superintendent quality control manager for EG Designbuild LLC.

Donna is survived by her children, Alisha Kaitlyn Douglas and Nicholas Randolph Douglas; sister, Denise Walton; and stepfather, Donald Dion.

Donna's funeral service will be 2:00 pm, Monday, March 9, 2020 in Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veteran's Cemetery with Pastor David Dickson officiating. Visitation will be 6-8:00 pm, Sunday, March 8, 2020 in Parr Funeral Home & Crematory. In lieu of flowers, please contact Parr Funeral Home & Crematory to donate towards the funeral expenses.
