Donna Kay Belcher, 41, of Franklin, VA passed away December 19, 2007. She was a native of Suffolk, Virginia and the daughter of the late Shirley L. Smith. Donna was a bus driver for the Suffolk School System and a member of Hunterdale Baptist Church.

Donna is survived by her husband of 25 years, Eddie Henry Belcher of Franklin, VA; daughter, Alexis Brianna Belcher; son, Edward Lee Belcher; mother and father, Jettie Boswell Chavis and Bobby Lee Chavis, Sr. of Suffolk, VA; grandmother, Jessie June Boswell Beach of Suffolk, VA; sister, Patricia Demateo of Zuni, VA; brothers, Bobby Lee Chavis, Jr. of Suffolk, VA and Rodney Smith.

A funeral service will be held Friday, December 21, 2007 at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Dr., Suffolk, VA 23434 with Rev. Howard L. Vinson and Rev. David Nicholes officiating.
