Donald Ray Vaughan, 50, of Suffolk passed away on September 18,2008. A native of Bertie County, NC, he was the son of the late Donald Irvin Dilday. He was a self-employed plasterer.
Donald is survived by his mother, Emily Vaughan Vick and his step-father, Elton Ray Vick of Suffolk; two sisters, Josie Elizabeth Vaughan and Eva Sue Vaughan; a brother, Garland Albert Vaughan and several nieces and nephews.
