Dennis Peter Karako, Sr., 59, of Suffolk, VA passed away September 19, 2015. He was born in Portsmouth, VA to the late Ronald Clifford Karako, Sr. and Vivian Rich Karako. Dennis was a truck driver for the Coca-Cola Company before retiring.

Dennis is survived by his wife of 39 years, Darlene Carr Karako; sons, Dennis P. Karako, Jr., and Jeramie David Karako; granddaughter, Kayla Lynn; brothers, Ronald C. Karako, Jr. and Randy Karako; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life service will be held Thursday, September 24, 2015 at 7 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Tim Rawls officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be sent to the American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association, or National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
