Delores Kay Taylor, 77, of Suffolk VA passed away on November 11, 2017. She was born in Portsmouth, OH the daughter of the late Clausen E. Andre' and Daisy Stark Andre'. Kay was predeceased by her husband Rev. William Cecil Taylor, brother, James J. Andre' and stepmother, Marian H. Andre'. She was a member of Strasburg United Methodist Church in Strasburg, VA.

Kay is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Karen H. and Dean Shaw, Amy H. and Hunter Selby; grandchildren, Nicholas Selby, Dana Shaw; great grandchild, Aubrey Margaret Beery.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Strasburg United Methodist Church, 114 W. Washington St., Strasburg, VA 22657 with Rev. John Haynes officiating. Burial will follow at Refuge UMC Cemetery in Stephens City, VA. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Suffolk Humane Society, 412 Kings Fork Rd., Suffolk, VA 23434.
