Deborah "Debbie" Evans Carr, 65, passed away December 20, 2016. She is predeceased by Harvey, her husband of 40 years and parents, James and Hilda Evans. Debbie was a nurse at Obici Hospital for 40 years. She loved her family, especially her grandsons and celebrated every holiday.

Debbie is survived by daughters, Kathleen Wall (Dale) and Kimberly; grandsons, Aiden, Declan and Brogan; brother, "Butch" (Patricia); numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, Daisy, Bluebonnet, Daffodil and Charlie.

A celebration of life service will be held December 26, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Open Door Church in Suffolk, VA with Rev. Tony and Kathy Peaks officiating.
