Deborah "Debbie" C. Marsh Dillard, 83, passed away on February 04, 2026. She was born in Hardwich, VT to parents Maurice and Marguerite Marsh. Deborah was predeceased by her husband, Hobson Chappell Dillard, Jr.; her son, Barry Dillard; brother, Dan Marsh; and brother-in-law, Roy Barnette, Jr.

Deborah worked for several years as a social worker for Social Services. She later went on to work as a Teacher's Aid and retired from Suffolk Public Schools. Her favorite things were her cigarettes, the lottery, Nascar, and the Washington Redskins. She will always be remembered for doing things "her way".

Deborah is survived by her daughter, Susan Griffith (Lewis), daughter-in-law, Terrie Mason; grandchildren, Tabitha Copeland (Joey), Keaton Friant, Jesse Dillard, and Brittany Dillard; great grandchildren, Leslie Jernigan (Gabe), Joshua Copeland, Amelia Dillard, Levi Dillard, Jacksyn Dildy, and Kamryn Friant.; sister, Susan Barnette; and brother, Stephen P. Marsh (Alma).
