David Wallace Williams, 49, of Suffolk, VA died suddenly in an automobile accident on December 28, 2010. He was born in Detroit, Michigan the son of Bettie Davis Williams and the late Robert Lloyd Williams. He was a member of Holy Neck Christian Church. David enjoyed gardening and loved fixing things.

David is survived by his mother, Bettie Williams of Suffolk, VA; sister, Donna Williams Goodwin and husband, John of Rockville, MD; nieces and nephews, Jack, Kelly, Joey, and Billy Goodwin; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and close friends, Steve and Helena Cutchins.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Dr., Suffolk, VA with Rev. Reggie Warren officiating. Following the service the family will also greet friends at the funeral home. Burial will be in Holly Lawn Cemetery.
