David Lee Newell III, 39, passed away April 30, 2022.  He was born in Suffolk, VA the son of Helen Christine Bowell Newell and the late David Lee Newell, Jr.  David worked as a paving contractor.  He was a member of Victory Gospel Chapel.

In addition to his mother, David is survived by sisters Madison Newell, Contesa Newell; and brother, Michael Newell.
