Darvin William Spivey's Obituary
Darvin William Spivey, 87, passed away on March 28, 2013. He was born in Corapeake, NC the son of the late William Lucious Spivey and Minnie Henninger Spivey. He was predeceased by his wife, Maragaret Duck Spivey and sisters, Hazel Raby, Selma Ashley, and Coalar Gray. He retired as a truck driver from VDOT.
Darvin is survived by his sisters, Ila Blanchard and Norma Morris of Suffolk, Myrtle Briggs of Hampton, and Jessie Eason of Smithfield.
A graveside service will be held Monday, April 1, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Holly Lawn Cemetery with Rev. Charles Thompson officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association. Parr Funeral Home & Crematory is serving the family. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
