Darlene McIntosh Gruber, 58, passed away November 4, 2015. She was born in Portsmouth, VA the daughter of Patricia Morris McIntosh and the late Elmer McIntosh. Including her mother she is survived by her husband, Dr. Brian Lewis Gruber; daughter, Jessica Marie Gruber; son, Dr. Joshua Adam Gruber; sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Kevin Bedsworth; brother and sister-in-law, Tim and Deb McIntosh; and loving nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, November 7, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Dr. Garland K. Hines, Jr. officiating. Inurnment will be at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Providence United Methodist Church Memorial Fund at 3105 Providence Rd., Suffolk, VA 23434.
