Dale "Red" Haywood Rose, Sr., 88, of Zuni, VA passed away April 20, 2010. He was born in Springfield, Illinois the son of the late Lorita M. and Joseph E. Rose. He was a retired veteran having served in the Unites States Navy during WWII and the Korean War.

Dale is survived by his wife of 68 years, Mary A. Rose of Zuni, VA; daughter and son-in-law, Lorita J. and Edward Lawler of Zuni, VA; son and daughter-in-law, Dale H. Rose, Jr. and Brenda Rose of Crofton, MD; grandchildren: Edward J. Lawler and wife, Lorraine of Billings, MO; Robert Walker and wife Diane of Windsor, VA; Monica Lawler of Petersburg, VA; Cecilia Lee of Newport News, VA; David Walker and wife, Cindy of Oklahoma City, OK; Marianne Brandt and husband, Chris of Anchorage, AK; and nine great grandchildren.
