Cynthia "Cyndi" Moore Broadbent of Windsor, 39, passed away December 21, 2018.  She was born in Norfolk, Virginia the daughter of Richard Moore and the late Lynetta Ellen Moore.

She is survived by her husband, Hal "Buddy" Broadbent, III, his three children, Bryanna, Xander, and Madison; her father and step-mother, Richard and Kitty Moore and Sisters Jolene Clark (Gary) and Melody Gordon, many cousins, nephews, nieces and dear friends.

Cyndi was employed as a Legal Customer Service Representative for Portfolio Recovery Associates.  She loved working with people and enthusiastically looked forward to help coordinate and participate in each MarsCon science fiction convention in Williamsburg.

Although Cyndi and Buddy were married for a very short 21 days, their life together had started a long time earlier.  She was extremely happy as a wife and mother with her new family.  She loved and was loved by all.  Cyndi never knew a stranger.
