Curtis Joe Scites' Obituary
Curtis Joe Scites, 68, of Windsor, VA went home to be with the Lord on December 18, 2010. He was born in Toler, KY the son of the late Joe Scites and Lena Francis Thornton Scites. He served his country proudly as a U.S. Marine. He was employed with the Norfolk Shipbuilding and Dry Dock.
Survivors include his daughters, Jodie Michele Bradley of Raleigh, NC, Tina Mae Parnell of GA, and Francis Cunningham; sister, Ada M. Scites Dietz of NC.
A memorial service with military honors will be held Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at 12 noon at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veteran Cemetery. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
