Curtis Taylor Chappell, 53, passed away November 1, 2012. He was born in Suffolk, VA the son of the late Carson and Dorothy Chappell. He retired as the manager of the contractor sales department for Lowes. He was a member of Wilroy Baptist Church.

Curtis is survived by his wife, Rebecca Ann Chappell; daughter, Lisa Chappell; sons, Keith Baines and wife, Susan, Christopher Baines and wife, Stefanie; grandchildren, Parker, Morgan, Mason, and Hudson Baines; and faithful friend, Shultz.
