Clifton "Bill" William Walker, Sr., 66, passed away November 1, 2022.  He was born in Portsmouth, VA the son of the late Horton Thomas Walker, Sr. and Elizabeth Eno Walker.  Bill retired from Eastover Service as a heavy equipment mechanic.

Bill is survived by his daughter, Lisa Denise Shannon, and her mother, Denise Newman Walker; son, Clifton William Walker, Jr. and his mother and sister, Grace C. Bruce and Brittany A. Bruce; grandchildren, Emily Rachel Foster, Allison Miranda Shannon; sisters, Ginnie Kinsey (John), Angie C. Walker (Johnny); brother, Horton Thomas "Tommy" Walker, Jr. (Dianna); his faithful dog Brandy and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside funeral service will be held Monday, November 7, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at Holly Lawn Cemetery with Rev. Michael D. Halley officiating.  A time of visitation will be held Sunday, November 6, 2022 from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Suffolk Humane Society, 412 Kings Fork Road, Suffolk, VA 23434.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
