Clara "Clarisa" Lee Womble Clark, 62, passed away September 30, 2011. A native of Ankara, Turkey she lived most of her life in the Franklin area. She was the daughter of the late Tech. Sgt. Lewis Earl Womble and Ethel Marie Price Womble.

Her love for children and family took her through many facets of life, church, and her relationship with God. She taught children's Sunday School and was assistant to the Children Ministry. She was a member of the WOW of the Franklin Church of God. She was always an active church member.

She is survived by her husband, Willie Larry Clark, Sr. of 45 years; by her two daughters: Kelley L. Clark and Anthony L. Jones,Sr., Nina L. Clark and James R. Moone,Jr.; her two sons: Willie L. Clark, Jr. and Stephanie Clark, Bruce W. and Kadie Raiford Clark; her grandchildren: Luke, Robbie, Abbie, Lindsey, Bruce,Jr., Nena, Klarysa, Hunter, Vada, Delanie, Levyn, Ava, Brandyn, Alycia,Christopher, Shalynn, Lilly; a foster-daughter and husband, Kathy & David Andrews; and sister Nina Whitley; a nephew Jason; a sister by choice Cheryl Falls; and her Franklin Church of God family.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Franklin Church of God, Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at 2p.m. by Rev. James Ashby and Rev. James Womble. Burial will be held in Southampton Memorial Park. Friends may join the family for a time of visitation Monday night from 7-8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory.
