Cindy Hisaw Feagans, 57, passed away April 18, 2023. She was born in Amarillo, TX the daughter of Thomas Kent Hisaw and the late Mattie Jane Bull Hisaw. She worked as a bartender for Applebees. Cindy loved Harley Davidson motorcycles and the beach. She was an avid reader and loved spending time with friends and family.

In addition to her father, Cindy is survived by her sons, Daniel Feagans, Jr. and Thomas Feagans; sisters, Robin Gardner (Keith), Penny Richards (Johnny), Shannon Deaton (Eugene); brothers, Robert Eric Geiter (Miriam), James Hisaw, Michael Rodgers (Meghan O'Malley); and numerous nieces and nephews.
