Christopher Paul McCrary, Sr., 37, of Franklin, VA passed away February 22, 2011. He was born in Portsmouth, VA the son of Linda Katherine Brown McCrary and Paul Harvey McCrary. He worked in construction for Greene's Contractor, Inc.

Christopher is survived by his parents; son, Christopher Paul McCrary, Jr., paternal grandmother, Mary Francis McCrary; sister, Katherine Dawn Boone and husband, William Lee Boone; 4 nieces; and 1 nephew.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, February 26, 2011 at 3 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Dr., Suffolk, VA with Rev. Malcolm Taylor officiating.
