Christine Marie Wood, born June 3, 1963 to Patricia L. Wilcox and the late Richard Davenport of Cortland, NY, departed this life at her home on October 16, 2019 under the loving care of her dedicated partner, Phillip Christopher McGee.

Christine was a devoted mother, grandmother and friend to all. Christine and Phillip acquired dual custody of their special needs grandson, (Kaleb Wood) at the age of two years old and remained committed parents until his passing.

She had a passion for quilting and managed to leave a legacy by leaving her meaningful, creative works of art to several loved ones.

Christine leaves to cherish her memories to her loving, devoted companion, Phillip Christopher McGee; her mothers, Patricia L. Wilcox and Ginny Brubakers; children, Jennifer Albertson (Greg) and Jonathan Wood Jr. (Ashley); siblings, Debbie Hobart (Charlie), Stephen Davenport (Kathleen), Nancy Fussner (Robert), Tammy Lasher (Tom), Pam Ager (Grant) and Amy Poltorak (Greg); and a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Christine's celebration of life will be 11:00 am, Tuesday, October 22, 2019 in Parr Funeral Home & Crematory.
