Cheryl Lynn Johnson,64, passed away April 3, 2015. She was born in Norfolk, Va., the daughter of the late Shirley Mae Wilkins and Arthur Herman Johnson, Jr. She retired from the transportation department of the Norfolk Public School System. She was a member of Oxford United Methodist Church.

Cheryl is survived by her husband of 23 years, Donald Ray Johnson; daughter, Nora D. Johnson (Kelly); son, R. Cory Duke (Megan); step-son, Daniel Alan Johnson (Stacy); grandchildren, Tyler, Bryan, and Ryleigh Johnson, Addison Duke; step-grandchildren, Ian and Tori Johnson, Hailey, Sabrina, and Kaydance Delgado; and sister, Judith A. North. She also leaves behind her devoted pets, Willow, Whisper, and Goldie.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 1pm. at Holly Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. Tim Rawls. Friends can join the family for a time of visitation Wednesday from 7 - 8 pm. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
