Charles Richard Price, 61, loving husband and father, passed away December 11, 2016. He was born in Richwood, WV to Charles Eugene and Virginia Bays Price. Charles retired after 36 years of service at Huntington Ingalls as a QID Inspector. He served in the United States Army from 1973-1977.

Other than his parents, Charles is survived by his wife of 36 years, Francine H. Price; daughter, Natalie H. Hedgecock; son, Adam Jason Price (Kristan); grandchildren, Erica Lynn Hedgecock, Julia Grace Hedgecock, Keely Collette Price; sister, Terri Modrell, brother, Bryan Price; and numerous, nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Benn's United Methodist Church, 14571 Benn's Church Blvd., Smithfield, VA, 23430 with Rev. Billy West and Rev. Tommy Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow at St. Luke's Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
