Channan Parish Brinkley, III, 62, passed away March 17, 2023.  He was born in Suffolk, VA the son of the late Channan P. Brinkley, Jr. and Hyla Eugenia Harrup Brinkley.  He was predeceased by wife, Lynn Hoag Brinkley; and by his daughter, Katrina Brinkley.  Channan owned and operated Brinkley's Welding and Repair.

Channan is survived by his daughters, Sabrina T. Sheline (Michael), Christy B. Mixson (Jamie), and Nikki Brinkley; sons, Channan P. Brinkley IV (Alyssa), and Brian Brinkley (Cassidy); grandchildren, Matthew, Mikella, Marshall, Haley, Zoe, Channan V, Everly, Arianna, and Autumn; sisters, Jeanie Pearce (Kyle), Faye Babb, Julia Talton (John), and Kathy Outland (Kevin); and his fiancé, Kathy Morris.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, March 25, 2023 at 2 p.m. at Reynoldson Baptist Church, 73 Reynoldson Rd., Gates, NC 27937.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
