Celia Cameron Cousins, born on December 23, 1945, in Lee County, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2026, in Virginia Beach at the age of 80.

Celia was the beloved daughter of the late Archie Clifford Cameron and Ruth Roseman Cameron. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Cross Cousins.

Celia dedicated her professional life to the healthcare field, retiring as a respected director at a health facility. Her commitment to her work and the well-being of others left a lasting impact on those she served.

She is survived by her cherished sons, William Kyle Cousins and Ryan Sutherland Cousins, who will carry forward her legacy of love and dedication. She is also survived by her siblings, who remember her fondly.
