Cecil Payne Gautier, 74, of Suffolk, Virginia passed away October 30, 2006. He was a native of Newport News, VA and retired as a Supervisor for Ferguson Manufacturing. He was a member of the Suffolk Golf Association. He was the son of the late Norman Thomas Gautier and Lizzie Atkinson Gautier. He was also predeceased by his wife of 43 years, Agnes Louise Gautier.

Cecil is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Audrey L. and N.P. "Sonny" Williams, Angela C. and Frank L. Jones, Jr., Donna E. and Timothy L. Williams, Carla G. and Jeff H. Martin, and Jessica E. Gautier all of Suffolk, VA; sons and daughter-in-law, Bruce Lowery of Charlottesville, VA, Jack David of Portsmouth, VA, and Gregory Scott and Dana Gautier of Suffolk, VA; 11 Grandchildren; and
8 Great Grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will be held Friday, November 3, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home with Rev. Roger D. Johnson officiating.
Burial will be in Holly Lawn Cemetery. Friends may join the family Thursday night at Parr Funeral Home from 7-8 p.m. and other times at the residence of Carla and Jeff Martin at 9354 Dixon Rd. Suffolk, VA 23433. Contributions may be made to the American Lung Association of Virginia, 5349 East Princess Anne Road, Norfolk, VA 23502.

Cecil was an avid golfer and loved to play cards, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and will truly be missed.
