Carolyn Babb Moore White, 67, passed away July 6, 2021.  She was born in Nansemond Co., VA the daughter of the late Josephine Ray Babb and Frank Babb, Sr.  Carolyn was predeceased by her daughter, Susan D. Moore, and brothers, Tommy E. Babb and Charles S. Babb.  She was a member of Providence United Methodist Church and also Women of the Moose Chapter #7315.

Carolyn is survived by her husband of 44 years, William Earl White; daughter, Kimberly J. Stancer; son, Jason E. White (Crystal); grandchild; Justin E. White; sister, Lisa Pope (Todd); brother, Frank "Ace" Babb, Jr.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Friday, July 9, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Cypress Chapel Christian Church Cemetery, 1891 Cypress Chapel Road, Suffolk, VA 23434 with Rev. Tim Rawls officiating.  A time of visitation will be held Thursday, July 8, 2021 from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Diabetes Association, 870 Greenbrier Circle, Green Tower II, Suite 404, Chesapeake, VA 23320.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
