Carolyn Sue Harris, 53, of Suffolk passed away April 14, 2006.

Sue was a native of Bluefield, West Virginia. She retired as Senior Maintenance Clerk for the Chesapeake Redevelopment Housing Authority. She was the daughter of the late Shirley Ann Dale Linkous. She was also predeceased by her brother, Phillip Edward Linkous.

She is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Anthony A. Harris, Sr. of Suffolk; father, Harold Lee Linkous of Virginia Beach, VA; daughter, Tammy Harris-Kreager of Suffolk, VA; sons, Anthony A. Harris, Jr. of Portsmouth, VA, Richard Harold Harris, John Dwayne Harris both of Chesapeake, VA, and Trevor Kreager of Suffolk, VA; sisters, Linda Lee Putnam of Chesapeake, VA and Fredia Wright of Greensboro, NC; brother, Harold Wayne Linkous of Chesapeake, VA; numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends may join the family Tuesday night from 7-8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and other times at the residence. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 19, 2006, at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Chaplain Pete Bowman officiating. Interment will be private.
