Carol Dana White Richardson, 82, passed away June 30, 2024.  She was born in Norfolk, VA the daughter of the late Daniel Franklin White, Sr. and Mabel Sue Lannom White.  She was predeceased by her husband of 41 years, Billy Ray Richardson; son, Michael Lannom Rickabaugh; and sister, Phyllis W. Rickabaugh.  Carol retired as an office manager for E.V. Williams Corporation.  She was a member of Mill Swamp Baptist Church and the Senior Adult Sunday School Class.

Carol is survived by her son, Donald "Ricky" Rickabaugh; stepchildren, Lisa R. Smith (Jody), and Brian K. Richardson (Sarah); grandchildren, Summer Rickabaugh (Branson), Gabrielle C. Richardson, and Cooper J. Smith; great grandson, Declan Byrum; and brothers, Daniel F. White, Jr. (Nellie) and James "Jimmy" E. White (Pat).

A funeral service will be held Monday, July 8, 2024 at 3 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with Pastor Billy Gardner officiating.  A time of visitation will follow the service.  Burial will be private and held at a later date at Albert G.
