Bruce Alan Diggs, 70, passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2020. He was born in Skowhegan, ME to the late Betty Louise Stoodley and Robert Mason Diggs Sr. Bruce is predeceased by his brothers, David and Walter Diggs. He was an estimator for Proteam America Consultants. Bruce was an avid fan of ODU football and enjoyed playing his guitar.

Bruce is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Pamela Kay Diggs; daughters, Devon Diggs and Erin Herring; sons, Sean Diggs and Arvie Herring; sister, Sylvia Diggs Crowder; and brothers, Robert Diggs Jr. (Sue) and Larry Diggs.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 10:00 a.m at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434 with Rev. Ed Earp officiating.
