Brenda Darlene Parker Weingartner Conner, 63, passed away November 16, 2025.  She was born in Suffolk, Virginia the daughter of Mary Elizabeth Babb Parker and the late William Thurman Parker.  She was predeceased by her brother, Michael Parker.  Brenda formerly worked as a residential cleaning technician.

In addition to her mother, Brenda is survived by her daughter, Amanda Weingartner; son, David Weingartner; grandchildren, Emma Weingartner, Dominic Weingartner, Caleb Wyatt, and Aria Wyatt; sister, Sandra Reilly; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, November 24, 2025 at 6 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with Troy Babb officiating.  Burial will be private at Cypress Chapel Christian Church Cemetery at a later date.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
