Billy Deane Mills, 84, of Suffolk, VA passed away December 22, 2016. He was born in Barn, WV to the late John and China Mills. Billy was a U.S. Navy retiree, having served in Vietnam. He also worked as a mechanic at Mike Duman.

Billy is survived by his wife of 65 years, Wanda Mae Mills; daughter, Connie Mills Garris; son and daughter-in-law, Raymond and Dianna Mills; 4 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and brothers, Vonlie Mills and Virgil Mills.
