Betty Elaine Lewis Winslow, 75, passed away April 19, 2023. She was born in Stafford, VA the daughter of the late Carl Lee Lewis and Helen Baker Lewis. Betty worked as management analyst for the U.S. Army in Ft. Monroe. She was a member of Cypress Chapel Christian Church. Betty loved to line dance, play bridge and golf. She was a member of Links at Mulberry Hill Golf Course and was also a member of the Senior Citizens Line Dancers.

Betty is survived by her husband of 40 years, Bernard "Buddy" E. Winslow, Jr.; children, Robert Timmons (Danielle) and Christopher Timmons; step-children, Jeff Winslow (Traci) and Paula Ruiz (Tony); grandchildren, Lindsey Thoman, Alec Thoman, Aubrey Timmons, Martin Winslow (Hayley), Caitlin Johnson (Shane), Evan Norris, David Ruiz, Trinity Gallagher, and Sydney Jones; great grandchildren, Haidyn and Brady; sister, Nancy Barnes (David) and their children, Debbie and Darrell; brother, Curtis Lewis and his son, Kenny; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Minnie Smith (Ray), Phil Winslow, Sandy Winslow (Cynthia); and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Cypress Chapel Christian Church with Rev. Tim Rawls officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
