Bessie "Tineybug" Pearl Bradshaw Vann, 68, passed away July 20, 2022.  She was born in Nansemond County, VA the daughter of the late Tuper "BigBud" Bradshaw and Mary Frances Gilliam Bradshaw.  She was predeceased by her husband, Joe Payne Vann; son, Joseph "Bubba" Vann; and siblings, Tuper Jr., Thomas, Mary, Tim, JoAnn, and Patsy.  Bessie loved gardening, taking care of her grandkids and other loved ones.  She enjoyed helping at Mrs. Terri's Thrift Shop and playing with puppies.

Bessie is survived by her daughters, Nancy Varner (Willie), Ann Tolbert (Justin), Patricia Vann-Ballance (Phillip); grandchildren, Victoria, Victor, Hope who she raised as her own, Diego, Ashlyn, and Connor; sisters, Judy and Sarah; brothers, James, Carl, and Tom; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Monday, July 25, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens with Rev.
