Belinda Carol Burdette Aliff, 51, of Suffolk, VA passed away on July 25, 2009 after a long courageous battle with illness. Belinda was born in Fayetteville, WV, the daughter of Clifford L. Burdette of Holiday, FL, and Gloria Joan Bullion Burdette of Fayetteville, WV. Belinda was very active in the Open Door Church of Suffolk serving as Deaconess, Clothes Closet Director as well as a member of the Jesus of Suffolk Crusade. She loved working in the nursery.

Belinda is survived by her husband of 31 years, Henry Franklin Aliff of Suffolk, VA, her four brothers and their families; Clifford L. Burdette, II, wife Barbara Burdette of Crosslanes WV, children Wesley and Stacey Burdette, Mark W. Burdette, wife Debbie Burdette of Orange Park, FL, son DannyLee Burdette; Dana J. Burdette of Mannington, WV, children Daniel O'Neal, Lana Burdette, Tarah Talbert; Scot B. Burdette, wife Kelli Burdette of Granville, OH, children Nathan and Justin Burdette; and one sister Vicki Jo Basham, husband Steve Basham of Princeton, IN, children Stephen and Stephanie Basham; Mother-in-law Martha Aliff of Oak Hill, WV; and her beloved poodle Ginger Marie.

Visitation will be held on Monday July 27, 2009, at Open Door Church in Suffolk, VA from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM followed by a Going Home Celebration at 4:00 PM with Rev. Tony Peaks officiating.
