Barry Clifford Dillard, 59, passed away October 24, 2022.  He was born in Suffolk, VA the son of Deborah Clifford Marsh Dillard and the late Hobson Chappel Dillard.  He worked as a welder.

In addition to his mother, Barry is survived by his wife of 38 years, Terrie Powell Dillard; daughter, Brittany Dillard; son, Jesse Dillard; grandchildren, Amelia Dillard and Levi Dillard; and sister, Susan Griffith.

Friends may join the family for a time of visitation on Thursday, October 27, 2022 from 7-8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory.  Burial will be private.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters - Attn: Philanthropy, P.O.
